International routes, end-to-end visibility.
Check each step, from your device to the egress point. Coverage across 110+ countries and 180+ routes, with quantum-encrypted connections for cross-border access.
Compare routes before changing app settings
Slower access during peak hours can occur at any point: your local connection, the international link, or the destination service. Keep your current region and try another route in the same region first. Compare loading on the same page or task, and if the issue affects only one app, check its proxy settings. VPNEnd offers international routes to choose from, but your experience also depends on your local network and the destination service. Note when the issue occurs, which route you used, and how to reproduce it. This is more useful for troubleshooting than changing several settings at once, and makes it easier to get help through a support ticket.
Check connection status and account settings separately
Quantum encryption is one of VPNEnd’s service features. To get started, download a client and subscription from the user panel, check your connection status, and keep your account password secure. An encrypted connection does not replace the destination website’s account protections or change its terms of use. After switching to a public network, confirm that the client has reconnected before resuming work. If you see an error, don’t post your subscription details or password in a public forum. For support, share screenshots with sensitive details obscured and the error text, so troubleshooting can focus on the connection itself.
Set up desktop and mobile devices separately
VPNEnd supports unlimited simultaneous devices and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Set up your work computer and mobile devices for their respective operating systems; there’s no need to disconnect one device to switch to another. Device count and data allowance are separate: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited plan data. Consider how you’ll use each device when choosing a plan. If one device has a problem, compare its performance with other devices on the same network, then check client permissions, system proxy settings, and subscription updates before changing settings across all your devices.
Separate network connectivity from tool permissions
When using AI tools like ChatGPT or Cursor, opening the website doesn’t guarantee that every in-app request uses the same egress point. First, confirm the client is connected, then check whether the tool uses your system proxy. Editor extensions may also have their own network settings. VPNEnd provides cross-border access routes, but account eligibility, regional rules, and paid features are determined by each platform. If the website works but requests from the app fail, note the exact error and test the browser and app separately. Don’t assume an account warning is a route issue, or that changing egress points alone has fixed the problem.
Check content availability against the current route details
Streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+ use your egress location, account region, and content licensing to determine which titles are available. Before choosing a route, check its current details in the client, then verify availability on the streaming platform. A country name alone doesn’t guarantee access to every title. If the homepage loads but a video won’t play, note the title and error message to help distinguish licensing, account, and connection issues. Video quality also depends on your local connection, device performance, and platform settings. VPNEnd offers a choice of international routes but doesn’t guarantee ongoing access to a specific catalog or a fixed playback experience.
Review the terms before deciding if it’s right for you
VPNEnd offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Before choosing a plan, review the plan details and refund policy, and understand how monthly plan resets differ from permanent data packs. Once you start using the service, check it with the devices, work tools, and regions you actually need—not just the client’s connection status. To request a refund, open a support ticket from the user panel with the relevant order details and request. Don’t include your account password or full subscription details. If you’re also having connection issues, describe them separately so technical troubleshooting and order support can be handled independently.
Check each step in the connection, not just the route name
Cross-border access starts at your device, travels over the selected international route to an egress point, then reaches the destination service. A connected status in the client is a starting point for troubleshooting, not proof that every app will work. First, make sure your local network can load common websites. Then check that your subscription is active and a route is selected. Finally, test the specific tool you need. This helps separate device setup, route connectivity, and destination service restrictions.
VPNEnd lists plan allowances, device rules, and account access points separately. When comparing subscription services, review these clearly stated terms, then assess route performance on your own network. Coverage across regions doesn’t mean every route suits every task, and quantum encryption doesn’t replace account security settings. Keep a clear record of how to reproduce any issue to avoid unnecessary changes. For a systematic check, see the troubleshooting guide.

Choosing a region and choosing a route are different decisions
If a destination service requires a specific region, check its supported locations first, then choose the corresponding egress point. For office websites or editor requests, keep your usual region and compare routes using the same task. Geographic distance alone doesn’t determine loading speed: your local connection, routing path, and how the destination website handles requests all affect the experience. The route list can help you choose, but it doesn’t replace testing in the app.
After switching egress points, an app may keep its previous session. Wait for the current task to finish, then reopen the webpage or app you want to test and use IP lookup to check the current egress point. Change one thing at a time and note what happens before and after the switch. If several routes show the same error, check your account status, app proxy settings, or local network instead of continuing to switch regions.
Route status is for reference. Check the client and destination service to confirm actual connectivity.

One service for popular desktop and mobile platforms. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription.
Sign in to get the client for Windows / macOS / Android / Linux. The iOS option appears according to your active plan status in the panel. All access points lead to the user panel; see the guides for installation and import steps.
Follow the full setup sequence, from account to verification
Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. In the user panel, choose the client for your operating system, then get and import your subscription using the instructions provided. Once imported, check that the route list appears, select a route, and grant any connection permissions required by your system. Finally, open a website you use regularly to verify the connection. A successful import doesn’t mean setup is complete, and subscription details shouldn’t be shared publicly as if they were an ordinary URL.
On desktop, check that system proxy settings match any app-specific settings. On mobile, also review connection permissions, background activity, and battery-saving settings. If access stops after your device goes to sleep, reconnect the client before testing the app again. Switching devices doesn’t require disconnecting other devices, but each one needs its own installation and import. Follow the getting started guide step by step, then consult the relevant troubleshooting section if you encounter an error.
Monthly Plans and Permanent Data Packs
Choose a billing option that fits how you use the service, then compare data allowances. Monthly plans reset on the activation date each month; data packs last until used and never expire.

Permanent data packs: ¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB. Use until depleted; they never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT accepted.
Start with your data habits, then choose an allowance
If you mainly browse websites and collaborate on documents, with occasional cross-border access, consider whether the 60GB monthly plan covers your everyday needs. If you regularly use work tools or switch between multiple devices, compare the 250GB plan with your actual usage. For more streaming or large file transfers, consider the 500GB plan. These examples are intended to help you choose, not to estimate hours of use or task counts; actual data usage depends on the content and how you use each app.
Monthly plans suit people with consistent usage who prefer to plan around a reset cycle. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the end of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the order details in the panel before proceeding. Unlimited devices affects the number of simultaneous connections, not the data allowance of each plan. Include the needs of all your regular devices when comparing options.
For occasional use, compare permanent data packs
If you mainly need access for travel, short-term collaboration, or a project, compare permanent data packs with monthly plans. Packs last until used and never expire, making them a fit if you don’t want to plan around a monthly reset. Choose based on the total allowance you want to keep, then compare prices—not just the one-time payment. Monthly plans and data packs follow different usage cycles, so they can’t be compared as if they covered the same period.
Before paying, review prices, data allowances, and terms for each plan on the full plans page. VPNEnd offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund; see the refund policy for how to request one. For order issues, open a support ticket in the user panel. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; follow the payment details shown for your order in the panel. Keep your order records for reference, but never share payment credentials, your account password, or subscription details on a public page.
